Vines leaves are displaying golden shades under warm sunlight. Arugula white flowers are blooming and enrich the colour diversity of the ephemeral bucolic landscape.
During this time, our tractor crosses all ranks of the vineyard to remove mechanically the auxiliary plants under the vines and limiting the nutrient competition: we call this operation the “déchaussage”.
The purpose of this tedious step is the management of the balance between the vine needs and the biodiversity without the use of any chemical product.
