The Delmas House, known and appreciated for its sparkling wines, also produces other appellations of prestige: the Limoux Blanc and a Pinot Rouge Haute Vallée. The same rigour has been put into the development of these wines.
These wines come from plots selected after several years of observation and control.
For the Limoux AOC Blanc, the Ferronne and the Garrigole plots were chosen for their altitude, 480 m. A cold clay-limestone ground, old vines, 40 years of age, field selection and a great expression of the grape.
For Pinot: Mournac, the Pech, the Clots are old vines, at an altitude of 480 m, with small productions, with regularity from one year to the other.
All of these wines are fermented 12 months on lees in barrels, separately, to ensure you have a wine of great expression that you can offer your customers or share with your closest friends. These wines have a high ageing power.
With our wines, the Delmas Domain guarantees you a moment of sharing and pleasure. These wines have been produced and fermented in organic agriculture for 32 years now.
