This wine has a beautiful, lively, light color with nuances of carmine. Its very expressive nose opens with notes of wild strawberry, cherries, rose and smoke.
On the palate, the attack is very representative of the nose with powdery texture and soft tannins. In the end subtil notes of pepper with a long lasting finish.
Food and Wine pairing
This wine will pair perfectly with beef tenderloin with mushrooms or salmon filet.
