Pinot Noir – IGP Haute Vallée
Pinot Noir – IGP Haute Vallée
The colour is light (but lingering) with nuances of garnet.
Great olfactory intensity with cherry, blackberry, cashew, black pepper and toasted bread.
On the palate the tannins are powdered and backed by a certain liveliness. The final sensation has a spicy and empyreumatic character enhanced by a hint of toasted benzoin from Siam.
